He asks Miuchi if she ever gets sick of being carried away by the people around her, and she replies that she never does, because she's too busy to think about anything else. She tells Miuchi that she'll have a birthday present for him right after his birthday, which means that Miuchi will be alone with Miuchi for the first time in a long time. She also tells him that she has a seat in the front row for the foreign exchange program at the university, even if her dream comes true. She says that she wishes she could talk to Miuchi, but Miuchi is cheering her on, even though he knows that she won't have the time to talk to him.
