The next morning, the two assassins meet in the middle of the street. They're not sure where they're going, but they decide to go to the "middle of town" because they think it's a good place to ambush an enemy. When they arrive, they find that Miyoshi has been skipping school for the past few days because he's addicted to blood. Miyoshi's friend, goose, is also skipping school because she's been talking about "devils" with him. They decide to use the "ware house" where they live to ambush Miyoshi.
