In this chapter, Guiqi tells Mr. Li that he has met his brother , the youngest of the five dragons, and that the younger dragon can only be compared to the "mediocre talents" of the elder dragon. Guiqi wants to know how he will be able to defeat huangpu, who is considered to be the "first born king" in the realm of the monarchs. He says that he is confident that he can do so, as he is a "natural-born king" and a "real monster" . He compares Guiqi to the patriarchs, who are not like Guiqi. The patriarchs are born to trample mortals and talents, as is the case with the elder brother . The elder dragon has reached the "beyondning realm" , but Guiqi thinks that he must have reached the fifth level.
