About This Chapter
The next morning, the schoolmaster tells the boy that the wounds from the fight are still there, and that he has to wait until he's fully healed before he can talk about them. The boy wonders if margo has the same abilities as margo. The schoolmaster wonders if other chieftains also have such abilities, and the boy says that he hasn't thought about it. He asks the boy if he has thought about how to explain his wounds, and he says that while he and his bro were gone, there were still some who had come in the day before, but today, never theless, he has achieved the first "step in obtaining that" which means there is still hope. He says that it's a coincidence that the boy got sick the same day that he was supposed to begin his chivalry class, and asks if it has anything to do with the wounds of his own body. The kid says he hopes it doesn't have anything do with his wounds. He swears that he isn't involved in any criminal activity, and says that the only person who knows about him joining the chivalric program is him. The only one who knows that the kid joined the program is me, the kid who stole the car.
