About This Chapter
This chapter's epigraph comes from the opening lines of the novel, "My friends! Have you made friends? What i am doing and who i am befriending, has nothing in do with you." He asks if he thinks that with his ability and the group of demons, he can cure the sin of the "six-eared macaque" . The father says that even if they are killed in a battle, they'll never compromise. He tells his son to put away his divine weapons and give the monkey back to them. The monkey says that her injuries are getting worse all the time. She tells the father to return the monkey to them as long as they're breathing.
