Back in New York City, Phil finally manages to find a buyer for his heart, but he's still not sure if it's a good one. Phil says he'll take whatever he can get his hands on. Phil is psyched to see his brother back. He's even more psyched to hear that his brother's heart has failed and that he can't get a new one . Phil's not so sure. The doctors say that even if Phil gets a new heart, his body will reject it anyway, so it won't last long. Phil finally decides to give his heart to someone who really needs it. He says that Phil is not compatible with his brother, and that Phil should have given him his heart years ago. Phil refuses to accept this, saying that he doesn't want his brother to have to go through what Phil has gone through. Phil thanks Phil for coming, and Phil promises to see him next time.
