About This Chapter
The Governess asks the Governess if she's feeling well. She's worried that she might get hit by a ball. She tells her to sit by a wall so she doesn't disturb anyone else. She also tells her that she threw the ball into the wrong direction, and it landed in the wrong place. She says that her friend, Luke, caught the ball in time. She asks if he's scared him, and he says he was. She then asks him why he hasn't gone to school yet. He says that the teacher asked him to lock the warehouse so he can go ahead and get the basketballs. He's glad that he didn't have to approach her first, because it's so hard to get back to the way they used to be. He admits that he was happy when he found out that he liked her, but that he wanted to organize his thoughts. He asks if she really does not like him anymore, and she says that she does. She wants to know why he wants to help her pick up her basketballs, because he grabbed her hand. He really left, she says, and that made her uncomfortable. The two of them never fought, and they're getting back on good terms. They're just like Beauty and the Beast.
