He tells the boy that he is "acting like a country" and that his parents went on business trips when he was young. He says that he will win the boy a toy later, but first he wants him to go on a ride first. The boy says he is tall enough to ride the rides, and the bear says he will not care about him when he screams later on the rides. He promises to let the boy have a ride with him.
