About This Chapter
The next morning, Hirokazu scolds Aoi for drinking straight vodka the night before. Aoi is a "thug former street child" who does not know when to apologize for his actions. He tells her to "coo your head ao cha" , or "it's nothing" . He also tells her that she is leaving herself open to attack. He asks her where she went off to, and she tells him that she wanted to go to sleep with him. She then tells him about a low-rebound pillow that she used to have with her "wall husband" and says that she will use it to replace the pillows at home. She tells him to set why she did what she did, and he replies that she was "pretty selfish of you" and that she should not faint on him. He then tells her about the cloudy water and the fact that she sees the ugly side of her husband and his "ugly side" too. He says that the only reason she can feel the way she does is because of her bond with him, and that he will go look around and see what it is like for her to be alone with someone.
