In this chapter, we learn that the "black drag ons" are the 10th leaders of the group, and that one of their members is a "toman bastard" . This is a reference to the fact that this is the territory of the black dragons, and the toman is a member of the clan that is associated with the Toman family. The Toman's brother, Taiju, tells his brother that he will teach him a lesson later on, since he did not discipline his friend . He also tells him not to "corner hakkai" like that, since family is more important to him than friends. He tells him to keep his nose off of the business of the family, and not to beat up women, too, since they are also family members.
