This is the last scene of the play, and it is one of the most famous scenes in all of Shakespeare's plays. It is set in a London street in the early nineteenth century, during the reign of King Henry V. In this scene, King Henry's wife, Rosaline, and Rosaline's daughter, Lucie, are waiting for their father to arrive from France. Rosaline tells Lucie that her father is on his way to England, and the two young women bid each other farewell.
