About This Chapter
The next morning, the voice of the next-door neighbor is waiting for him at the door. He asks if he spent the night with his "dream guy" , and the voice answers that he did, but that he ran away from home because he was afraid that he would be recognized as a jerk. The next day, he wonders if he will be remembered as such a jerk, and he throws away the box of food that he brought with him. The voice asks if the door is open with the code, but no one lives next door. The door is not, he says, because of the previous night's events. He is hungry, but he can't eat out because he is afraid that the food would be too "troublesome"
