The wedding planner says that they have a recording service that they can use to record the wedding party. They're planning to have a reception at a restaurant, and they've got a beef-rump roast for the guests to choose from. They can make some changes if they want, but they'll have to cook it through. They also have a red wine-and-yuzu sauce for the food, and there's no need to worry about the food being undercooked.
