In this chapter, we get a brief description of the character of Edens. He's the second Valkyrie, and he's got a special kind of sword that's made of ether, which means that he can do whatever he wants with it. We learn that Edens has been looking for her mentor, but that she's inherited her mentor's legacy. She's also got a weird habit of saying whatever's on her mind, which makes her a super-smart swordswoman. Edens doesn't want his sword to be absorbed by the wind, so he decides to stop the wind. He realizes that his brother and sister's wind is allowed, but he can't use his brother's because they're too strong. He also realizes that the wind is trapping him in it, and that the woman is trying to trap him in her wind, too. He decides to go get the cat power so he can restore his body to its younger state. He wonders if they've found a life support machine, or something, to help him get back to his old self.
