In this chapter, the cat-leaper explains that he has the ability to change time. He says that he's been able to do this for about 10 years, but now that his powers have awakened, he can do it 30 times in a row. This means that if drakken defeats him, he will be able to steal his powers. This is the last time he'll use his powers, he says, and he doesn't want to do it again. He's done some "inexcusable things" to all of the other characters, he claims, including selling her to Gurlst and selling her information to the guy who's supposed to be her guardian. He also says that this is his first mission as a "valkyrie" .
