The two men who have come to break the bonds that give the place power are the next generation of the yoka, and they are called Conall and Fergus. They have been planning to do so for a long time, and now that they have arrived, they feel that the place is magical. They feel that they are the bridge between the two worlds, and when they look at the boy they see in the portal, the energy rushes up inside him, and he grasps at the strings. The energy is everywhere, he says, and this is the destiny of the girl they are looking for. He feels that he can use the magic of the place to slay the demons.
