It's morning, and we're introduced to a new character. He's named Lilizel, and he's just returned from a trip to the labyrinth. Lilizel's a viscount, which means he has a lot of authority over the military police. He tells Lilizel that he accepted her request, but that he doesn't think the reward was enough. He asks her to keep her hands to herself, because he can't do anything magical, but he promises to invite her to his party. He also tells her that Lilizel didn't suspect that he was the one who asked for the labyrinth goods, and that he must have been suspicious of Lilizel because he'd heard about Lilizel and Aign's secret party.
