The narrator is shocked to find out that Mr. Norton has been groping her butt for the past ten years. He tells her that they promised to get married when he was a child, but that they haven't been married for ten years because he's seen "tons of kids" . The narrator realizes that she's overreacting, but she still wants to know what's wrong.
