About This Chapter
The monster explains that he is leaving because he is still in charge of the body. He wishes to return to his fairy realm, where he will be reunited with his sister. He tells the monster that if he had not been found, he would have been killed by his other brothers. The monster says that he used a crystal to create a gold rubbing array, which will burn the body of his sister to ashes if he does not stop the monster. He says that the sound of his spirit increases the danger of mutation, and that if the monster had not summoned the divine powers of the great ancestral demon divine tribe, the array would not have been able to harm him. He adds that he has no regrets about having been by his side for 50 years, and wishes to die without regrets. He asks the monster if he really thought that he could keep his sister's body, and the monster replies that he did not think that the demon tribe could heal his own weaknesses. He also says that his and the demon's soul-rejecting daughter was made to drink medicine to save her, and then her body was brought back to life by devouring other fairy cores to live. He promises to bring back the body if it is still there.
