In the midst of the battle, Shushu breaks his fan and curses Senior Lu for fanning it. He tells Senior Lu that he will never be able to defeat the fiend again. He also tells him that he is coughing blood from the wound he received from the fiend. Senior Lu asks Shushu to take him over to the battlefield to rest. Shushu tells him not to worry, he will be fine. He says that his cultivation is only 1,000th of Senior Lu's and that he wishes he were as strong as Senior Lu. He then tells Shushu that he was the one who gave him the sword, and Shushu says that he should not underestimate himself.
