In this chapter, we learn that Nemo's sword is enveloped in the aura of grievances from the souls he's killed. This is the first time Nemo has ever encountered such a thing, and he asks the brat if he'd like to try it for himself. The brat says he'll try it, but he doesn't think the souls are here for Nemo.
