In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, and we learn that he's named Nestor. He's the son of Nestor's father, who was a police officer. Nestor tells us that he was raised in a small town in the country, so he knows a lot about the area. He tells Nestor that he and his friends are going on a vacation to visit his parents, and he wants to make sure that they're safe. Nestor reminds him that his father took him under his wing when he was a young man, and that's why Nestor is coming to visit him. Nestor warns him that the group of men in the car might catch them, but he reassures him that they won't be able to.
