They don't want to lose anyone, and if they do, they'll have to explain to their father that the woman is "a complete monster" . The wolves are shocked to see that the wolf is acting like he's the one who's acting crazy. The wolf says that if the wolf sees him acting like a human, he'll be upset. He says that the wolves should have been able to transform themselves into humans long ago, because the rules of nature made it impossible for them to do so. Now, he says, the wolves need to see if they have the skills to transform into human beings. He asks where the others are, and the wolves say that they've come to find the place where they were supposed to destroy the ice phoenix. They want to stop fighting, and now that everyone's there, they can get the whole thing done.
