This chapter opens in another crappy place, this time in the middle of nowhere. It's not a good place to meet up with the rest of the gang, since it's dark and they're on time for the ranking tournament. They're not going to kill each other, though, because they've found the "eye of heaven" and need to destroy the bureau of everything. They need to get rid of the "sea" so that they can control the situation without it. They don't need to worry about the sea, since there are hardly any "neo-humans" in the world right now. They just need to kill the "true gods" off their horses. The three aces are going to fall into the "kiss-asses" category. They should change their names to "the b*tch knights. The bureau is not united against them, though. If they all united against the bureau, they wouldn't have reached their goal. They would've been able to destroy their enemies long ago. They can't be united against each other because the "bureau is not undivided" . They have to get someone else to help them.
