Back at school, Hirokazu asks to see his sister, who has been crying. She tells him that she hasn't been eating dinner yet, and that she's staying over at her sister's house. She asks him if he's seen the latest episode of The Office, in which a girl chooses between a boss and a "child hood friend" . He doesn't know what to make of it, but he does know that it's not a good look for a boss to fall for a girl who's wearing glasses. He's worried that the boss might have ulterior motives, and he wonders if the girl might have gotten a "boy friend" when she ditched her glasses.
