In this short scene, Roxane explains to Euan that she is willing to die as a pearl princess and as a wife of the emperor. She tells him that many people saw her being killed by the monster and that she herself was the one who was killed. Euan is shocked to learn that Roxane's hair has fallen and her face seems to crack. He tells her that everything he does has to do with her has been to hurt her. She believes that he is the emperor of the blue cloud and that he tried his best to get what he wanted. She asks him why he gave up because she wants everyone to be happy
