The demon lord tells his servant that the goddess is his maid and that he will let go of her since she looks okay. The servant asks why the demon lord would protect a demon and the lord replies that he does not know what grudge he has against demons. He says that one day, he will see the true nature of the demons and that they will pay for the evil they have done. He tells the servant that he thought he had finally met someone "normal" for the first time, but then he realizes that she is in the library.
