About This Chapter
Back on board the ship, the guys talk about how much they've been cooped up for the last four days. It's been like this for four days now, and they're finally ready to get back to work. They're all psyched to see each other, and pep says he's never been so happy to be back on board a ship. He's also psyched that they'll be able to go back to the shipyards in Meroe, the industrial hub of the Midwest, and show the guys what's up with the ship. They all agree that the air in the town is "smoggier" than back in their hometown, and that it's no wonder that shipwrights have to clean up their own air. They also agree that they should apologize to all of the people who attended the launch party, since they took the ship out of the water before it was ready to go. The guys decide to go to the local bar to get their neck lace fixed.
