The narrator tells us that he's not going to betray his brother. He's got a lot of questions to ask, but he can't even answer them. So he'll just ask him questions. The narrator asks if he remembers the little boy who scared him with his big brother. When he was sick, he called him "big brother" , but when he grew up, he realized that he really was a big brother, not just a little brother. So now, he says, he doesn't want his little brother anymore.
