Soko and Aruto are about to get married, and their father tells them that it's been 16 years since they were last together. He also tells them about the meteor that came to help them with the ceremony. He says that he's going to name this "operation" to "unlock the stubborn hearts" . Soko asks where he was all this time, and he says he was "a free cat now" , and that he was hurt when he was alone and hurt again when he went back to Japan. He's also worried about the fact that the marriage is going to fail, because he thought it was going to work. He tells Soko that he needs to learn to rely on her more, because she's the one who's always been there for him. He asks if he can ask in the future if they'll lose Tsukasa, and she says yes, but it'll be a different color. He wonders if it was the same color when she was gone before he was young, and wonders if he'll catch it someday, too.
