Back at home, Akaiko tells Hiroyuki that he's fine and that his mother is also there. She tells him that they're planning to go to the beach for the summer vacation. Hiroyuki says that he doesn't have a key to his house because the maid is already on vacation in Hokkaido. Akiko says that she's going to take care of him. She also says that her mom is bugging her about food, asking her what she likes. She says she likes suki-yaki and neapolitan-pasta too, and that she always feels nervous when she goes to visit a new friend's home for the very first time. She's glad to meet Hiroyuki, who's kind of cute, and they go off to eat some meat.
