In this chapter, the Princess of the Flower Kingdom expresses her gratitude to the Highness for visiting her humble abode. The Princess tells the audience that the Golden Rose of the Kingdom is indeed the humble abode of the Princess. The two women discuss the tea that the Princess has prepared for the guests that she has invited to the ball. The princess says that the tea is sweet and fragrant and that she finds different qualities in the tea as she gets to know the flower kingdom more and more. She asks the Princess what she thinks about the political marriage, and the princess replies that it is hard to deny that the first option is a union. She also says that she refined the tea with her magic, and extracted its condensed essence. The tea has a fragrance of the East and a sweetness of the West, and she hopes that the two can blend together perfectly
