Kim wakes up in the middle of the night to find that he has to go to work. He's worried that his boss will find out what he's been up to and that he'll be fired. He asks Kim to promise to answer all of his questions honestly. Kim tells him that she has been tricking him all this time, and that she's pretty angry with him right now. Kim asks if she likes him that much, and she says yes. Kim says that she doesn't want her to know how she used to look, but she does want to know what she would do without her. She's sorry that she would be lonely if she left her, but Kim says she'd be sad if he left her. Kim tries to comfort her by saying that she loves him too, but he won't leave her. He says that he still hasn't showered yet, and he can't bear to leave.
